Looking for some great whole fish recipes. I live near a wet market in Hong Kong and have access to a great variety of live whole fish. Just wondering if anyone has an interesting recipe or method of cooking whole fish. My go-to is Chinese steamed fish, herb oven-roasted, or simple salt & lemon over a grill. Looking for stuff that is new, exciting and potentially outside the box.
