Is my salsa tartufata (some sort of truffle spread) still edible?

It is unopened and has a best before date of March 2019. However I can see through the glass that there is a greenish layer on TOP of the black truffle spread... is the spread still edible once I remove the TOP layer of “mould”? What are the red flags that will signal to em that I must not consume it and must throw it away? Found it in the refrigerator.

If it’s edible, would appreciate if one can share ways I can eat it... I have two bottles of it!
