Hello everyone. So I cook alot of things but never have I ever made lasagna. We usually buy it frozen.
I picked up oven ready lasagna noodles since the grocery store recommended that.
I browned ground beef and sauteed onions to go with it. I'm just a tad bit confused about the layers, and what to do with my ricotta. I love lasagna with ricotta cheese but do I put it straight in? Does it need to have anything added to it? Is it its own layer? Should I alternate the meat and ricotta layers? How many layers should a lasagna have? Does cheese only go on the top? Never thought it would be so difficult lol.
