cooking spinach in bulk?

I bought a large bag of baby spinach for salad and forgot about it for a few days, so I’d rather cook it than eat it fresh.

What’s a good way to use up a bunch of spinach other than spinach dip? (I’m allergic to dairy)

edit: hoping for ideas other than steaming/sautéing.
