I've recently gone on a "healthier" home-made dessert kick and I want to tackle a no-bake cheesecake next but I'm fairly new to this and need some advice. I want to do Chocolate cheesecake bites using a regular sized muffin tin, hoping I can make 12 cheesecake bites with this recipe. Let me know what you think or how I could improve.
Crust:
8 Full sheets of low-fat graham crackers.
3 tablespoons of butter.
Filling:
8oz. package of fat free cream cheese.
1 cup fat free Greek Yogurt
1 box (~1.4 oz.) fat-free, sugar-free jello instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup of skim milk (to help mix the pudding)
1/2 cup of confectioners sugar
and a few ounces of dark chocolate chips mixed in
Any suggestions?
bon appetit
