500g flour
250g quark/joghurt
100ml oil
1 teaspoon salt
10 tbs milk
1 pck bakingpowder
1 egg
mix all of this together, form buns
brush the buns with either eggwash or milk to get a nice golden crust
160°C (the setting with the fan?) for 30 mins
