Oat Milk Recipe with Enzymes

I've made oatmilk a good number of times but it never has the same taste and feel as either Oatly's or Pacific Food's oat milks, which I know is because if the enzymes which they add that brings out th maltose. The question I have is whether someone can do this at home and how and with what enzymes.
