As the title says, I got a great deal on a few pounds of ginger root. The problem is I don't actually know what to do with it. I'm stoked to try some new ginger heavy recipe so is there any recommendations on stuff I could make?
I'm gonna try making candied ginger and ginger beer
Also, is there a good way to freeze it so it doesn't get soggy?
