As we head towards winter I would love to start making some awesome soups again and I was wondering what is some awesome soup recipes you guys know about. I do enjoy a challenge but I am rather limited in appliances so I can’t do anything that requires something specific. I am also limited to no spicy because of my mother and no mushrooms, shellfish, or broccoli because of my fathers gout.
