If I might say so myself, I think I have a good amount of knowledge about different cuisines. But I would like to try and cook something different this weekend.
What are some cuisines which I may have not heard of? And are there any staple dishes I could make with ingredients you can find in a normal grocery store (Indian and Asian stores included)?
