Any former employees of Kobe Steakhouse able to share the fried rice recipe?

I grew up going to Kobe Steakhouse and there’s something about the way they cook their fried rice that makes it taste different (and in my opinion, better) than any other hibachi/teppanyaki restaurant. I know the basics of the recipe, like how to actually cook it, but I don’t know the specific ingredients—mostly the seasonings and sauces are what I’ve had a hard time figuring out.

I know the rice contains tons of butter, oil of some sort, carrots, peas, soy sauce, and eggs. (I’m also pretty sure garlic is in there somewhere.)

I’ve watched tons of YouTube videos of them making it but I can’t figure out what the soy sauce mixture contains or what seasonings they have in the metal shaker cans.

Please no recipes for other hibachi chains or your personal homemade fried rice. I’m looking for this specific chain’s recipe because it’s super nostalgic. I’ve been to every hibachi chain I can find and their fried rice all tastes different than Kobe’s which is sweeter, stickier, and less-dry.

Thanks in advance!
