Decently healthy meal Quickly

This is my go to dish to make when I'm hungry or just feel like I need some extra veggies

Ingredients(1-2 servings) 1/2 Bok Choy or 2 baby bok choy rough chop 6 pre-cooked shrimp cut to bite size pieces 1 egg 1/4 diced onion a good splash of soy sauce Optional* A splash of sesame and/or chili oil

1.heat up pan with enough water to cover the bottom(medium-high) 2.add all ingredients but the egg 3.stir till veggies are tender, add soy sauce and oils 4.turn heat to low, push everything to side of pan 5. Add egg and scramble before mixing with rest of vegetables 6. Serve over rice or noodles
