Get sourdough starter from a friend or make your own.
Whenever you remove some of the starter to add more flour and water (as is part of the process) keep it and fry it on a pan with plenty of oil.
It's delicious by itself or with cream cheese, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion flakes, powdered garlic, and salt. You can combine those in a jar to keep a big batch. I imagine tomato, avocado, sliced onion, and egg would also taste good on it. Or make mini pizzas.
