I could use some guidance/recipes for an entree mac and cheese casserole. Im getting some cheddar/colby jack/mozzarella cheese, some bacon bits, and some broccoli. I have chicken that I could add. I just dont know what spices to put in it, or even how to cook it (time and temp). This is, stupidly, something I have never done but would love to do. Any suggestions welcome!
