I am looking for an authentic and really good recipe for Goulash that would be similar to what I got in southern Germany and Austria. I ordered this meal so often as we traveled around Bavaria and Austria. I have looked online but not sure if anyone has a good recipe which would be similar to what is served in this part of the world. It was often served with potato dumplings or spaetzle.
