I lived in Philadelphia for 7 years before moving back out west. While there, I fell in love with Philadelphia's regional speciality, the tomato pie. Specifically, Tony A's (now Tony Roni's) tomato pie. I am trying to duplicate that recipe to have at home now that I can't order it anymore, but I have found nothing online that even looks like it would measure up. Anyone have any idea what magic ingredients are in that sauce?
