I tell you what, this recipe is heck'n tasty! The recipe is based off of Ben & Jerry's lemon daiquiri sorbet recipe.
4 lemons
zest of 1 lemon
1 cup of sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
2 1/2 c. very cold water
4 tablespoons Passoa passion fruit liquor
- Juice lemons and zest a lemon - mix in a small bowl and set aside.
- Mix sugar, passion fruit liquor, corn syrup, and water until sugar dissolves.
- Mix lemon juice + zest into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients
- Use your ice cream maker (or whatever you normally use to make sorbet) to make it into sorbet.
