Hi! I've just created my first sauce! However it's too thin and watery. I didn't have the ingredients to make a hollandaise sauce and i hate shop bought hollandaise; it's never ever the same. So my sauce is mayonnaise, lemon juice, wine vinegar, salt and pepper mixed together with a fork. I'm thinking maybe adding some evaporated milk, but that'll make it even thinner. I supposed i could just make it with a lot more mayo, or a little less lemon and vinegar, but that'll reduce the flavour. I'm so chuffed with myself! I need a name for it...🤔🤤😊
