Ive seen so many and tried at least a handful of recipes. Ive seen some that used carrots, which isnt that terrible.
i like a nice deep tomato flavor with some roasted back notes, a little peppery and finished with a touch of cream.
any ideas of what to do? what do you like? what do you do with yours?
the one posted a couple of hours ago here looks really good and what prompted this post. just looking to compare some notes, i guess.
