Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Steamed Rice
- 1/4 Lettuce
- 1 Tomato
{Beef Patty}
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumb
- 1/2 Onion
- 400g Ground Beef
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp Bullhead Barbecue Sauce
{Curry Mushroom Sauce}
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 10 Mushrooms
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Bullhead Curry Sauce
Directions:
- Pour the milk into the bread crumb and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the Bread Crumb to absorb moisture.
- Chop the onion and saute it until it is caramelized and become golden brown.
- Mix the ground beef, saute onion, salt, egg, bread crumb, and milk together.
- Add 1Tbsp Bullhead Barbecue Sauce and stir quickly with chopsticks for 3 minutes until the meat becomes sticky.
- Shape burger patty, and fry it until golden on both sides.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the sliced mushrooms.
- Add Bullhead Curry Sauce, Sugar, and Black Pepper, stir-fry for 1 minute and the Curry Mushroom Sauce it's done.
- Sprinkle a little water on the plastic wrap, put 1/2 cup of steamed rice, and shape it into a hamburger bun shape.
- Put the rice bun in the air fryer, spray some oil and air-fry for 10 minutes until the surface is golden. (This step can also be fried in a pan until the rice bun is golden on both sides)
- Assemble the rice bun, lettuce, tomato, hamburger patty, Curry Mushroom Sauce, and the rice burger is ready to serve!
