Simple:

  • tomato
  • onion (Cut how you like. I usually wash them with water before mixing to tone down the taste until bite.)
  • olive oil
  • coriander
  • chili or cayenne pepper
  • salt

Then one can have all kinds of variations depending what happens to be in the fridge / cupboard.

edit: I don't know what happened with the title but it is morning and I just took the first sip of my coffee and... uh...
