I've been looking for a recipe online and I haven't quite found one for my cut and with potatoes. We were supposed to make the steak yesterday but they didn't thaw quick enough. There are two 1-lb packs of boneless sirloin steak.
I have all the basic spices, chicken broth, turkey gravy (yes I know, yuck), Worcestershire sauce, fresh garlic + greens, onions, and fresh scallions. Some other miscellaneous stuff that I don't think would be used. I would like to serve with rice.
