How to Make Broccoli and Carrot Vada | One of the Best and Healthy Snack to have as it contains Lentils and Vegetables

INGREDINTS:

Chnna Daal: 1 Cup

Toor Daal : 1 Cup

Moong Daal: 1 Cup

Broccoli : 100 Grams

Carrot: 100 Grams

Cumin Seeds: 1 Teaspoon

Ginger: 1 Chunk

Garlic: 4 Nos

Green Chili: 2 Nos.

Coriander and Curry Leaves: Chopped

Hing/Asafoetida: 1 pinch

Salt : As Taste

Oil : Deep Frying

PROCESS:

  1. Soak all 3 Daal (Lentils) Together in Water for about an Hour. 2.Finally Chop Broccoli and Carrot.
  2. Grind the Daal with Ginger, Garlic and Green Chili.
  3. Grind Daal, Chopped Carrot, Chopped Broccoli, Cumin Seeds, Heeng and Salt Mix all Together.
  4. Prepare small Petty.
  5. Heat Oil and Deep Fry Vada on Low Fire.
  6. Your Daal Vada can be served with Ketchup or any other Chatni.
