INGREDINTS:
Chnna Daal: 1 Cup
Toor Daal : 1 Cup
Moong Daal: 1 Cup
Broccoli : 100 Grams
Carrot: 100 Grams
Cumin Seeds: 1 Teaspoon
Ginger: 1 Chunk
Garlic: 4 Nos
Green Chili: 2 Nos.
Coriander and Curry Leaves: Chopped
Hing/Asafoetida: 1 pinch
Salt : As Taste
Oil : Deep Frying
PROCESS:
- Soak all 3 Daal (Lentils) Together in Water for about an Hour. 2.Finally Chop Broccoli and Carrot.
- Grind the Daal with Ginger, Garlic and Green Chili.
- Grind Daal, Chopped Carrot, Chopped Broccoli, Cumin Seeds, Heeng and Salt Mix all Together.
- Prepare small Petty.
- Heat Oil and Deep Fry Vada on Low Fire.
- Your Daal Vada can be served with Ketchup or any other Chatni.
