Hey all,
I recently tried making my own Chashu Pork for some ramen which went decently well, but it got me thinking about Wagamamas Pork they use in Shirodashi Ramen, and was curious if anyone reckons they've cracked the recipe, or something similar?
If nothing else, then feel free to share your pork belly recipes for Ramen toppings, heaven knows i need them!
