Burnt Garlic Fried Rice With Tofu

Ingredients:

  • Cooked rice
  • Tofu
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Corn
  • Carrot
  • Pea
  • Capsicum
  • Green chili
  • Soy sauce
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Procedures:

  • In a frying heat some oil and let it get hot.
  • Cut the tofu into cubes and fry the tofu until golden brown from both sides and crispy from the outside.
  • Remove the tofu.
  • Again in the same frying pan add in 2 tablespoon of oil.
  • Fry the garlic, ginger and green chili until the raw smell goes away and is slightly brown in color.
  • Add in the veggies along with salt and pepper and saute them until the moisture evaporates.
  • Add in the fried tofu along with cooked rice, sugar and soy sauce.
  • Mix them all together and cool until the color of the rice changes into darker shade.
