Ingredients:
- Cooked rice
- Tofu
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Corn
- Carrot
- Pea
- Capsicum
- Green chili
- Soy sauce
- Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
Procedures:
- In a frying heat some oil and let it get hot.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and fry the tofu until golden brown from both sides and crispy from the outside.
- Remove the tofu.
- Again in the same frying pan add in 2 tablespoon of oil.
- Fry the garlic, ginger and green chili until the raw smell goes away and is slightly brown in color.
- Add in the veggies along with salt and pepper and saute them until the moisture evaporates.
- Add in the fried tofu along with cooked rice, sugar and soy sauce.
- Mix them all together and cool until the color of the rice changes into darker shade.
