Recipe
Ingredient:
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp. chopped ginger
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. crushed pepper mix
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp. cloves powder
- 1-pound chicken thighs
- 2 Anaheim pepper chopped
- ½ cup diced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. Greek yogurt
- ½ can fire roasted tomatoes
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- heat a pan
- put 1 tbsp. oil
- add 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp. chopped ginger
- add 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. crushed pepper mix
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp. cloves powder
- add 1 pound chicken thighs mix, cover cook for 10 minutes
- Add 1 Anaheim pepper chopped
- Add ½ cup diced mushrooms
- over, cook for 5 minutes
- on medium heat
- add salt and 1 tbsp. Greek yogurt
- mix and cook for 2 mins.
