Chunky Pepper Chicken

Ingredient:

  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp. chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp. turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed pepper mix
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves powder
  • 1-pound chicken thighs
  • 2 Anaheim pepper chopped
  • ½ cup diced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. Greek yogurt
  • ½ can fire roasted tomatoes
  • Salt to taste

Procedure:

  • heat a pan
  • put 1 tbsp. oil
  • add 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp. chopped ginger
  • add 1 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp. turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed pepper mix
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves powder
  • add 1 pound chicken thighs mix, cover cook for 10 minutes
  • Add 1 Anaheim pepper chopped
  • Add ½ cup diced mushrooms
  • over, cook for 5 minutes
  • on medium heat
  • add salt and 1 tbsp. Greek yogurt
  • mix and cook for 2 mins.
