Ingredients
- Some little potato
- Lots of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- a little bit of salt
- 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 cup quinoa
Directions
- Heat the oil and put the little potatoes in to fry for 5 minutes.
- Take the potatoes out, and increase the oil temperature
- Put the potatoes back and fry for another 5 minutes
- Take the potatoes out
- Get another pan and heat some oil
- Put chopped 2 cloves of garlic and 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Add in 1 tsp soy sauce stir a little bit Add a little bit of salt for taste
- Pour the sauce on the potatoes, sprinkle 1 tsp red pepper flakes and 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
- Stir them well
- Done!
