Great game night snack: Maruko style Deep Fried Little Potato

Ingredients

  • Some little potato
  • Lots of vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • a little bit of salt
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 cup quinoa

Directions

  1. Heat the oil and put the little potatoes in to fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Take the potatoes out, and increase the oil temperature
  3. Put the potatoes back and fry for another 5 minutes
  4. Take the potatoes out
  5. Get another pan and heat some oil
  6. Put chopped 2 cloves of garlic and 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  7. Add in 1 tsp soy sauce stir a little bit Add a little bit of salt for taste
  8. Pour the sauce on the potatoes, sprinkle 1 tsp red pepper flakes and 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  9. Stir them well
  10. Done!
