I’m looking for a chewy brownie recipe (like boxed but homemade) no oil

I’ve tried so many recipes and none of them turn out like the stupid boxed brownies. I’m looking for a recipe with no oil and hopefully a lower calorie but I guess it doesn’t matter for now. Pleaseeeee help a girl out. Thank you!!!
