Any reccomendations for simple non-lettuce salads with asian flavours?

Does anyone have any relatively simple recipes for a non-lettuce salad that uses japanese or thai flavours?Papaya salad is a good example of what Im talking about.

Spring is coming and Im looking for fresh bright flavours but Im really sick of leafy salads.
