Chinese Green Onion Pancake!

Ingredients List:

Green Onion: 3 oz

Flour: 2 cups

Boiling water: 1 cup

For Each Pancake:

Salt:1/4 tsp

Oil: 4 tsp

And green onion as video instructed. Cut 1/4 of the dough and press it into a circle. Roll it out to 10 iches wide and put 4tsp of oil, 1/4 tsp of salt and green onion. Roll it into a scroll shape and roll it into a cinnamon roll shape. Press it down again and roll it out to 8 inches. Add 2 tbs oil into a pan or wok. The put in the pancake after 30 sec flip the pancake. Then flip every one or two minute until both side turn gold.
