Ingredients
- 500g lean lamb mince
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 red capsicum diced
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 6 tomatoes chopped
- Salt, pepper,cumin, chilli
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Pita bread about 3 packs
Method
- Slice pita bread in halves (about 3 packs)
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture on each piece of bread
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 10-15 minutes
