Pickled Onions Made Easy

The best garnish to any dish

Recipe:

1 1/2 cup red onion (sliced however you want)

1 cup vinegar (white, red wine, rice wine, not balsamic)

1 cup water (fiji, voss, faucet)

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

Boil your pickling liquid and pour over the onions.

Cover it and leave it on your counter for a an hour or two before putting it in the fridge.

If you aint got time for that, just combine everything and stick it in your fridge.
Peep on it the next day.
