Plov - is the most famous rice dish of Soviet Union countries.
List of ingredients :
-Meat (up to your preferences)- 100-200 gm
-Carrots - 2-3
-Onions - 2-3
-Rice - 2 cups
-Oil - 4-6 tbsp
-Tomato paste - 10 tbsp
-Water - 4 cups
-Salt, pepper

Instructions:
-Cut meat into small pieces
-Pour out 2-3 tbsp of oil into the pot
-Place meat into it
-While meat is cooking, chop onions
-Place it into the pot. Add oil if needed.
-Shred or chop carrots.
-Place it into the pot.
-Mix all of the ingredients.
-If your tomato paste if very thick. Take 5 tbsp of it and mix with some water. We need to get 10-11 tbsp of tomato paste with the consistency of tomato sauce.
-Stew it for 10-15 minutes.
-Add 2 cups of rice and 4 cups of water.
-Add salt and pepper.
-When water boils, cover your pot and stew your meal at low heat until rice is ready. (15-20 minutes)
