RECIPE

Step 1

Herring to cut into fillets and cut into small pieces. Potatoes, carrots and beets are washed and boiled in their skins until cooked. Allow to cool. All vegetables and apple peel and grate on a coarse grater separately, onions chop. Cook hard-boiled egg and grate.

Step 2
