Spring Pea Toasts With Radish and Lavender

INGREDIENTS : * 1 cup peas, fresh or frozen * 1/2 lemon, juiced * 1 tablespoon tahini * A dash of salt and pepper to taste * 3 radishes, French or regular * Culinary lavender * 2-3 slices bread, gluten-free or otherwise, toasted

PREPARATION : Step 1 : If using frozen peas, heat them in the microwave for 1 minute. Add peas to a food processor or blender. Step 2 : Add in lemon juice, tahini, salt, and pepper, and blend until well combined. Step 3 : Toast your favorite bread. Step 4 : With a fork, coat your toasts evenly pressing down. Step 5: Separately, thinly slice your radishes. Add slices over the pea mixture. Step 6 : Finally, top with some lavender by hand, sprinkling over top, and serve.
