Wanted: Recipe for Tokyo beef

Hello,

When I lived in Australia for a couple of years I usually bought Tokyo Beef from Fantasia at least once a week.

I remember on my last day in Australia I bought one & kept it at home, popped out to the pub with a friend & when we got back home the dog had ate it all :(

Now I'm back in the UK we don't have the fantasia chain and I can't find any restaurants which make this dish.

Would somebody be able to help me find a recipe for the please as it was delicious.
