I've never owned a dutch oven. Over the years, I've made do with big pots, skillets, roasting pans, and a slow cooker. I figured I'd wait until I was married (wedding registry would help) and didn't have roommates to invest in some decent cookware, but over the weekend my SO bought me a Le Creuset dutch oven. I'm REALLY excited about it! It's red and beautiful and heavy and I love it! I made chicken and dumplings the day he bought it since I had the makings, but now I need some really great recipes so I can pay him back through his stomach. Any suggestions would be most welcome.
