INGREDIENTS: 1 pie crust (pre-made graham cracker is fine but baked is best) 1 1/2 cups infused peanut butter (If you can't buy any, make your own - here's a link to our Recipe) 3/4 cups powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 8oz block of cream cheese (softened) 3/4 cups heavy cream 2 bags peanut butter M&M's a pinch of salt THE FILLING: Using a hand or standing mixer whisk heavy cream on medium-high speed for about 5 minutes until it's nicely whipped and stiff peaks form.
Spoon the whipped cream into a bowl and set aside.
Using the same mixing bowl (no need to wash!), add a pinch of salt(optional) then beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and Cannabis infused peanut butter together again on medium-high until consistently combined. Occasionally scrape the caked mixture off the sides of the bowl walls so you get a uniform mix. Taste it, it can look crumbly but should feel silky smooth and creamy to the touch. By hand gently fold the whipped cream into the mixture until smooth (be careful not to deflate the cream!) Next: Cover it with your favorite topping(We used Peanut Butter M&M's and chocolate sauce) and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Slice and serve cool
