I'm hosting a big Christmas party and will be making punch. I have about a gallon (roughly 3.5 liters) of homemade limoncello that I'd like to use as the base liquor (I intended to give out the limoncello as gifts this year, but it didn't come out as good as usual -- but it should be fine in a punch). The limoncello is roughly 32% ABV / 64 proof.
I figured sparkling wine would go well with the limoncello and add some fizziness.
What other ingredients would help finish it off? I'm considering ginger beer. What about some other juices, herbs, or spices?
