My girlfriend is very proud of her kugel, a sweet and delicious Chanakuh dessert!

From her grandmother, then made by her. She made a recipe video as well, and she's very proud of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sa-6BTkmr1s&feature=youtu.be

INGREDIENTS

8 ounces egg noodles (I used broad)

2 cups sour cream

8 ounces whipped cream cheese

8 ounces cottage cheese

1⁄2 cup sugar

1⁄2 teaspoon salt

5 small eggs (I used 4 large ones, though)

1⁄2 cup melted butter

1 handful of raisins

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 tablespoon sugar

DIRECTIONS

Set oven to 350 degrees

Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

Cook egg noodles, drain, and set aside.

Place sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and salt in a blender and process until blended, about 20 seconds.

Add the eggs and butter and process until its all mixed up

Pour the mixture over the noodles in a bigger bowl then add the raisins and mix it all up

Spread kugel evenly into the prepared pan.

Add 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon then and sprinkle on top.

Bake for about 45-50 minutes

Cool at least 20 minutes before serving.

bon appetit
