We're coming upon my 6th straight Christmas spent by myself. Each year, I try to make something different, which has continued to be really fun. It doesn't make sense to make a turkey or ham or whatnot when only one person is eating the meal, so I usually make something a little different and more interesting. For example, last year I made a duck, the year before was Tourtiere, etc.
Do you guys have any suggestions for an interesting Christmas meal this year?
