Request for best milkshake recipes

What have you found to be the best way to make a milkshake?

I just gave up searching YouTube, as the best looking milkshake videos seem heavy on videography and light on instruction... Or else someone is basically demoing a product, or making the lamest chunky liquid nothing and calling it the best.

I just stumbled onto this subreddit by figuring it must exist and searching for it, so hopefully this kind of request is ok.

So, what you got? How can I make the best milkshake I've ever had?
