I have bought some ingredients from a few recipes I saw online, but I'd like to find a really tasty and authentic recipe to actually use. Thanks for any help :-)!
EDIT: I refined my search ("lemongrass chicken" instead of "vietnamese lemongrass chicken") in this sub and found a recipe that seems good!
Do you guys think I should use this? Any changes you would make? Would Serrano pepper be an acceptable replacement for the long red finger chilis??
