Hi there, today we are going to tell you lasagna recipe. Meat lasagna is a dish of Italian cuisine. It is called as lasagna and lasagna as well. There are some little variations to prepare classic lasagna, but we are telling you the easy, simple and the best way. Serves 4
Ingredients:
*2 yellow onions
*2 cloves garlic
*500 g of beef mince
*1 tablespoon oil
*4 tablespoons tomato paste
*1 teaspoon thyme
*1 teaspoon rosemary
*500 g of crushed tomatoes
*1 meat stock cube
*Salt and pepper
*9 lasagna noodle pieces
Sauce
*6 tablespoons margarine
*6 tablespoons flour
*1 cup milk
*Salt and pepper
*2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
For serving
*Salad
Directions to make Lasagna
*1. Preheat the oven to 175 C.
*2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Fry the mince, onion and garlic in oil in a frying pan. Add the tomato paste which can fry the mince. Season with thyme and rosemary. Add chopped tomatoes, stock cube and let it cook for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
*3. Sauce: Melt the butter and stir in flour. Dilute with the milk while whisking. Let the sauce cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
*4. Take an ovenproof dish and layer the sauce first, then lasagna sheet (noodle) and then minced meat at the last. Repeat this process until all of your stuff finishes. Finish with sauce and cheese.
*5. Insert the lasagna in the oven for about 40 minutes.
*6. To serve: Serve the lasagne with salad.
