I have a recipe that makes 1.5 gallons of blue cheese dressing. Can anyone help me convert it to a quart?
1oz garlic powder 9 grams dry mustard 1/2oz mesh pepper 2 grams white pepper mesh 1 cup red wine vinegar 1 tbsp worshershire 1/2 Oz hot sauce 4 cup sour cream 12 cup mayo 2 cups buttermilk 3 pounds blue cheese crumble
It's for a restaurant, need it converted down to house size lol
