She's recently started working 12 hour shifts and only gets 4 days off per month. With such little time and energy she's only been able to eat fast and less-than-nutritious meals. We're both food lovers and after seeing her purchase a massive amount of pasta from Costco (and pretty much nothing else) I decided I want to cook her stuff so she doesn't have to eat like a dumpster.
Must be delicious, must be nutritious, must work well frozen (so I can give her meals in batches and she doesn't have to spend another hour picking up a meal every day.)
So far I've got Chili and Creole Red Beans and Rice, but those are already similar. I want a decent variety of recipes that aren't just variations of the same stuff, but I've never needed freezy friend meals before and can't think of anything else but soups.
Any help would be appreciated.
bon appetit
