Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
- 2 tsp minced garlic (4 cloves)
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups rice (prepared or leftover)
Directions
- Brown the ground beef in a small pot
- DRAIN WELL!
- Mix in sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes
- Cook on HIGH 5 minutes
- Mix in soy sauce and brown sugar
- Lower heat, simmer 5-10 minutes
- Mix in green onions
- Simmer another 5-10 minutes
- Mix in rice (or serve over rice)
