Does anyone have a good cheesecake recipe that is not too thick or heavy on the cream cheese flavour? I don’t have a good comparison, but my wife doesn’t like the heavy, thick recipes. Bonus points if it is a raspberry and white chocolate one. Or versatile to be combined with whatever.
