This is a recipe I liked to make in college and continue to make in my apartment.
Ingredients:
One serving (whatever that means to you) of cooked spaghetti
a small spoonful of smooth peanut butter
a smaller amount of honey
a larger amount of soy sauce
Procedure:
Heat peanut butter, honey, and soy sauce in a skillet at a temperature high enough to melt the peanut butter but not high enough to burn it. (I use the 3 setting.) When peanut butter and honey are melted, mix and turn to low heat. Allow your sauce to reduce a bit.
Now toss with spaghetti. At this point, I really like to add some apple cider vinegar and cracked red pepper.
bon appetit
