We love tofu at our house. I need recipes or tips on how make it more flavorful. Usually I press the firm tofu, cut it into cubes, crisp it on my well seasoned cast iron pan for a few minutes and season with salt and pepper. We either eat it as is or throw it into a stirfry. It's "ok." It doesn't go uneaten but it doesn't taste as good as the restaurant tofu. Are there any tricks to making them more flavorful?
